二、注塑成型条件
料筒温度：230～260℃
喷嘴温度：245～250℃
模具温度：30～100℃，适宜温度为40～60℃
注射速度：中等
螺杆转速：60～120 rpm时，在这样一种方式，塑化时间仅仅是在冷却时间之内进行选择。
压力
注射压力：500～1000㎏/c㎡
保压压力：300～700㎏/c㎡
背压：0～3㎏/c㎡
成型收缩率成型收缩率1.6㎜厚度为1.2～1.8％
根据试验方法ASTM D955。
三、包装
25㎏/纸袋或850㎏/超级麻袋。
材料移交
从周围空气中的水分拾取头应该被避免。保持料斗正常关闭。
